following the hearing of 6 May 2021 in Kraków, in the matter of the Jewish Religious Community in Kraków v. the Chabad Lubawitch Foundation Kraków with seat in Kraków regarding

EVICTION

1. orders the Chabad Lubawitch Kraków Foundation with seat in Kraków to clear and vacate the premises of the Izaak Synagogue at ul. Kupa 18 in Kraków, as described in the lease contracted with the Jewish Religious Community in Kraków on 16 April 2008 and to return the premises to the Jewish Religious Community in Kraków;

2. dismiss the remaining claims;

3. judges that the Chabad Lubawitch Kraków Foundation with seat in Kraków to pay the Jewish Religious Community in Kraków the sum of 9,252 PLN as compensation for judiciary costs.
